  • We employ the cream of the crop in Technology recruitment experts from diverse backgrounds and 70% of our staff live locally to the office.
  • We have also utilised and supported business local to us for business signage, office supplies, sustenance, furniture etc.
  • CTRL Recruitment Group regularly involves itself in charitable causes and has fundraised for a number of charities.


Work Environment

  • We have implemented dedicated recycling sections to our office.
  • Paper use is kept to a minimum by providing staff the tools to communicate and plan via email and computer based apps rather than unnecessarily printing or writing on paper.
  • Energy saving techniques introduced to the office along with energy savings bulbs and the removal of old high energy consuming equipment and replacing with more low energy consumption items.
  • Implemented car share scheme as well as encouraging staff to take public transport to work, also supporters of the cycle to work scheme.
  • Centrally controlled air conditioning units help in reducing energy consumption by 20% – 25%.
