My client is an international non-profit organisation looking for a strategic member to add to their online team. They are in search for a Social Media Coordinator who will primarily be developing and implementing the overall social media strategies and annual event plans.


  • Across all channels of social media e.g Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram and more, you will be required to update, grow and maintain the company’s social media presence
  • Working with internal teams around social media
  • Set up social media campaigns for upcoming events, promotions and general engagement
  • Keep a track of all social media processes carried out by the company and then develop reports on them
  • On a daily basis, you will carry out social media activities, which means posting content to all social media platforms
  • Directly engaging with followers on all social media platforms by building relationships and conversations
  • Maintain and develop good relations with recognised YouTubers, Twitter users, bloggers and other key social media figures
  • Monitor social media program results, regularly report these findings and actively grow their social media audience.



  • Educated to degree level
  • Strong knowledge on web-based technologies and recognising major trends on social media
  • Have a passion for development work
  • Manage multiple projects
  • Track record in web editing and social media
  • At least 2 years’ experience with a social media focused role



  • Edit video and audio
  • Additional qualifications in web editing or social media
  • Worked for a charity in the past voluntarily
