My client is an international non-profit organisation looking for a strategic member to add to their online team. They are in search for a Social Media Coordinator who will primarily be developing and implementing the overall social media strategies and annual event plans.
Across all channels of social media e.g Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram and more, you will be required to update, grow and maintain the company’s social media presence
Working with internal teams around social media
Set up social media campaigns for upcoming events, promotions and general engagement
Keep a track of all social media processes carried out by the company and then develop reports on them
On a daily basis, you will carry out social media activities, which means posting content to all social media platforms
Directly engaging with followers on all social media platforms by building relationships and conversations
Maintain and develop good relations with recognised YouTubers, Twitter users, bloggers and other key social media figures
Monitor social media program results, regularly report these findings and actively grow their social media audience.
Educated to degree level
Strong knowledge on web-based technologies and recognising major trends on social media
Have a passion for development work
Manage multiple projects
Track record in web editing and social media
At least 2 years’ experience with a social media focused role
Edit video and audio
Additional qualifications in web editing or social media
Worked for a charity in the past voluntarily
