Amazing opportunity for a creative Business Development Manager to take charge of sales at an exciting fast-growing start-up.

They are an ambitious team with a clear strategy and they are bringing in a new product, allowing strong partnerships to be made and ultimately solid revenue growth. You will be joining the company at an early stage, therefore they are in search of an experienced and competent New Business Development Manager to join their exciting company and truly make a difference to the unique space they are in.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and develop a strong sales pipeline with UK based restaurants
  • Building a solid relationship with key restaurant partners
  • Design solutions around our product, which will help their clients grow
  • Handling sales from generating leads to closing deals
  • First point of contact with regards to Sales
  • Managing a team in the future as the business progresses and succeeds
  • Creating sales management processes
  • Assisting with marketing ideas with a focus on increasing sales



  • At least 2 years experience in a Business Development role
  • Worked in a KPI environment
  • Pro-active and strong desire to win business
  • Highly motivated and incentive driven
  • Entrepreneurial spirit



  • Working in a start-up, especially in the food tech or restaurant space
  • A passion for the food industry

My client is fast-growing technology start up bases around food that has raised massive amounts after their first series of seed funding. They have a core focus on a consumer group that spend over £20 billion across 10 countries last year. The company is backed by experienced capital investors in the tech space of food specifically as well as backing from tech entrepreneurs. The industry is looking to double in growth within the next 6 years and my client wants to be at the frontline for this movement.
