Brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Operations Manager to join an exciting technology company.

In order to continue with the exponential growth, the company has been facing, they have expanded their team drastically throughout all departments and after a multi-million pound investment, they are in search for an experienced Operations Manager. The ultimate responsibility of the successful candidate is that they will have an oversight for the operations within UK, France, Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Italy.

Responsibilities

• Making sure strategy and the operations are constantly linked and working together.
• Manage a team of Country Operation managers.
• Managing performance levels and making sure targets are achieved.
• Improve operations by using data and intuitions.
• Ensuring everything is compliant.
• Tackle daily operational challenges.

Skills/Qualification Requirements

• At least 4 years working experience in an operational management role or similar.
• Trialling ideas quickly and efficiently and deciding the right method moving forward.
• Experience in managing processes and making data-driven decisions.
• Must be highly organised, a structured thinker and have a strong regard to planning.
• Experienced in improving workflow and developing processes.
• Strong with data, along with excellent written, oral, communication and presentation skills.
• Record of reaching and over-achieving milestones and KPIs.
• Proficient with Excel
