Brilliant opportunity for a great User Acquisitions Manager to join an exciting technology company.

In order to continue with the exponential growth, the company has been facing, they have expanded their team drastically throughout all departments and after a multi-million pound investment, they are in search for an experienced User Acquisitions Manager. The ultimate responsibility of the successful candidate is that they will deliver successful customer acquisition, which is in line with the company strategy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Engage with various communities across UK and Europe through creative methods.
  • Tight communication with company management and teams, in order to increase the efficiency of customer engagement.
  • Carry out and monitor acquisition campaigns, which means improving campaign and revenue performance.
  • Grow conversion rate by building, testing and enhancing a user acquisition funnel.
  • Communications with ad networks and apps discovery channels, in order to develop effective acquisition and retention marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate results from analysing trends and information to management and teams.
  • Methodologically test new acquisition marketing channels to secure new opportunities.
  • Test social media campaigns and expand.
  • Manage marketing investment through LTV and ROI evaluation.

 

Skiils/Qualification Requirements

  • At least 5 years working experience in a data-driven customer acquisition position.
  • Experience working for mobile platforms in relation to customer acquisition.
  • Strong experience building and measuring user acquisition campaigns with the use of analytical tools.
  • Demonstrable experience with mailing campaigns through all mediums.
  • Good experience with customer engagement with local communities.
  • Optimising customer retention and conversion with data.
  • Finding the right strategies when testing for engagement and retention.
  • Have a passion for data and meeting targets.
  • Strong quantitative skills and analytical experience.

 

Desirable and major advantages

  • Worked in a technology or start-up environment.
  • PPC/SEO knowledge
  • Fluent in another language in Europe
