Fantastic opportunity for technical Agile Delivery Manager to join an exciting technology company.

They are an ambitious team looking to expand and in search for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join their exciting team. The ideal candidate will have excellent management experience with scrum teams on the various products our client has created.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between the Director of Development and the Scrum teams.
• Working on a range of different projects from e-commerce websites, apps and SaaS solutions.
• Of course, working in an Agile team environment.
• In charge of recruitment of new staff by helping the recruitment manager source the best tech candidates and by going to industry events.
• Develop, review and evaluate staff and build a fantastic engineering department
• Management of team by monitoring and reporting their progress
• Ensure ongoing quality of their products
• Have your say on new technological solutions and how they can improve performance.

Skills/Qualification Requirements

• Great communicator with both technical and non-technical people
• Strong experience in an Agile Delivery Manager position or similar in the past
• Good understanding of technical stacks and how developers/engineers work
• Worked in an Agile environment
• Practiced amongst TDD, code reviews, continuous integration etc.
• Relevant degree such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent
