Fantastic opportunity for an Application Support Manager to join an exciting technology company.
They are an ambitious team looking to expand and in search for an experienced Application Support Manager to join their exciting team. The ideal candidate will have excellent management skills and will be in charge of all applications and support internal teams that use them.
Responsibilities

Management of all of the clients applications

Support internal teams that use them
-
Size up the development work and manage the internal stakeholders
-
Line management of a team and driving performance of an outsourced operation
-
Reporting backlog of development time needed by the business and prioritising these requests methodically

Ensure compliance across all business areas by mapping all processes that happen internally and evangelising them

Efficiency and security of all live applications at all times

Manage the internal service desk to provide top level support for internal stakeholders

Ensure prompt resolution of all requests in line with SLA's by liaising with all teams whether they are external or internal.

You will be the managing relationships between technology partners and the business, including management of the SLA's and points of escalation

You will be responsible for preparing budgets and manage expenditure against these budgets
Skills/Qualification Requirements

Strong experience of managing business applications

Well versed with translating business needs into IT solutions

Worked in an Agile environment

Superb line management skills, whilst maintaining a high performing team
