Fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Technical Architect/Software Development Architect or an aspiring Senior Developer/Technical Lead that wants to be hands on at a larger scale to join an exciting technology company.

They are an ambitious team looking to expand and in search for an experienced candidate to join their exciting team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership experience with small technical teams and has worked with various products.

Responsibilities

• Working on a range of different projects from e-commerce websites, apps and SaaS solutions
• There are 6 different products and each product has a different team, so you will need to have a holistic view across all of the products
• Involved in the migration of all applications to AWS
• Involved in the building of their new Omni-channel integration
• Leading many teams especially directing the tech leads that use various different tech stacks with their teams e.g JavaScript, NodeJS, MongoDB, C#, .NET, Docker etc.
• Ensure ongoing quality of their products
• Implement new technological solutions and carry out methods to improve performance.

Skills/Qualification Requirements

• Great communicator with both technical and non-technical people
• Strong experience in a Software Development Architect position or in a Senior Development/Tech Lead position in the past
• Experience with a wide range of technologies and understand how developers/engineers work
• Someone who enjoys being techy as well as good management skills
• Broad understanding of how things are done in different areas
• Has a development background and a strong level understanding of JavaScript
• Need to have leadership mindset and be able to instruct the development team on how to write code and other best practices
• Worked in an Agile environment
