My client is an exciting start up that has seen some rapid growth over the last few years. They help provide exposure to small businesses in almost all industries by providing them with an online presence via their innovative app.
For this role you will be working alongside the Head of B2B Marketing. As the Marketing Manager you will be working on creating and implementing the businesses online and offline marketing plan for all business to business marketing activities. You will be plan and manage campaigns with the purpose of driving leads, customer acquisition and retention.
Essentials for the role include at 3 to 5 years or more of B2B marketing experience and content creation/content generation and social media management skills.
Support the Head of Marketing in creating and executing an annual strategy as well as quarterly plans that prioritise key messages and activities whilst monitoring and reporting on all progress and ROI.
Take charge and lead the strategy for growing followers on a variety of social media channels. Create and schedule content via a content calendar, write original content for posts, and schedule them in tools like Hootsuite. Report on growth and engagement through all social media channels.
Manage companies blog page - write content for blog posts as well as source others from partners/influencers. Manage the hiring of external content writers in order to organise and write regular blog posts.
Lead organization for events, working with new and current vendors to order a variety of collateral and giveaways for such events.
Work with the Head of Marketing in creating and developing customer facing collateral and content such as email templates, video content, e-books and brochures to support their thought leadership program and sales teams.
Managed lead generation campaigns via Facebook along with assisting the Head of Marketing with AdWords lead generation campaigns.
Work with the Head of Marketing in managing the budgets and costs of marketing.
Collect lead information using tools like Zoho and Mail Chimp through the regular email campaigns sent out to nurture new prospects.
It is essential that you have at least 5 years of B2B marketing experience.
Excellent content creation and content generation skills across a whole range of Marketing activities will be essential, from Social media to blog posts, it is important that you have a passion for writing fresh new content. Samples of written work will be requested during interviews.
Adept at developing and implementing marketing campaigns within a B2B marketing environment.
Experience of working and supporting a sales process via a CRM system such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM etc.
Strong experience with social media, digital marketing and some HTML capability working in an online focused organisation.
Well experienced with email creation and distribution platforms such as Zoho Campaigns and Mail Chimp, plus tracking and managing effectiveness of email campaigns through Google Analytics.
Experience with lead generation campaigns and creating landing pages.
Solid numerical and analytical skills with the ability to extract and use data as a starting point for fact-based strategy and planning.
Highly driven and productive self-starter with the confidence and ability to work with all stakeholders to deliver work to a high standard.
Innovative thinker with the skill to come up with fresh ideas for generating brand awareness and leads.
