JavaScript Developers (NodeJS) (Mid-Senior)

Between £60k-£70k per annum (Dependent on experience)

 

Brilliant opportunity for experienced JavaScript (NodeJS) Developers to join an exciting technology company.

They are an ambitious team looking to expand and in search for JavaScript Engineers with good experience in NodeJS The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years software development experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • You will be part of a team on designing their next generation systems
  • Write reusable, testable and efficient JavaScript code
  • Working with developers and product managers to draw out and evaluate the teams work.
  • Working together with highly skilled developers and using a range of modern technologies

 

Tech stack:

NodeJS, Express, Go, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Microservices, Nginx, Docker

 

Skills/Qualification Requirements

  • Intermediate/Senior developer
  • Strong experience with JavaScript and NodeJS
  • Experience using CI/CD for the build and maintenance of products to allow engineers to deploy code right through to production
  • Great communicator with both technical and non-technical people

 

Bonus 

  • Experience building and maintaining API’s with RESTful web services
  • Knowledge of OAuth
  • Producing and continuing automated tests
  • Knowledge of multiple backend languages
