Great opportunity with a leading entertainment company. They are lookingto hire a Digital Optimization Manager. This role will mainly focus on AB and MVT testing of content, function, design and UI. The Digital Optimisation Manager will be reporting directly to the Digital Manager, driving, planning and implementing the end to end digital testing program using Maxymiser tool.
Create and execute digital channel test strategy for usability, content and campaigns
Manage Maxymiser account
Support the Digital Manager and campaign manager on technical needs and become the go to for all things digital including tracking and analysis.
provide analysis and reports on testing (monthly basis) + various onsite reports
Full UI testing and QA testing for all project.
Oversee google analytic “tracking” creation requirements using Google Tag Manager (events, funnels)
Use data analysis techniques to run constant reviews of available data to recognize key trends
Recommend and support in the delivery of new initiatives in order to achieve the teams KPI and business objectives.
Skills & Experience:
experience using optimisation and testing tools,
experience working in the leisure, entertainment, retail and consumer industry
experience using Maxymiser or similar tools
Knowledge of google analytics + google products
Previous experience in managing the analysis and optimisation of website and digital content
Previous experience in running UAT for projects and or developments
Previous experience in utilising CMS and analytical tools
numerical and analytic skills with an ability to analyse extensive data and commercially evaluate activity and complete results reports
A good understanding of business process and procedures,
Good copy writing and basic design skills
Effective in problem analysis and willing to make decisions, render judgements and take action.
Some experience designing and building wireframes
