My client is a award winning in the services they provide and involved in the cloud telephony industry. They are a very progressive, established company looking for a Junior New Business Specialist to join their ambitious and dynamic team. They have a wide range of communication services, which are designed to improve workflow and productivity.

Duties:

• Respond to all customer enquiries and follow ups
• Understand customers business by qualifying requirements via phone, webchat and email
• Chasing existing leads and follow up with customers to close sales
• Process orders and other sales admin tasks
• Manage customers and associated opportunities on CRM
• Upselling products and services

Key Skills and Qualities:

• Minimum 2 years experience dealing with business customers in the IT industry
• Work under pressure and targets
• Use Microsoft products
• Organises and articulate
• Follow procedures
• Experience using a CRM (ideally Salesforce)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Work well within a team

Qualifications:

• 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Maths and English
• Educated to degree level or similar
